Floorshow iMPRESS

"iMPRESS by name, Impressive by nature"

That is certainly the response we received when we had our floorshow on display at Decoration & Design Sydney in early 2011.

Now as you can see from the post below, D+D 2012 was a very different show to D+D 2011. In 2011, we were able to showcase our production capabilities when it came to custom/designer work; custom sub printing, graphic inlays, and shape cutting.

Impressive? A bit of an understatement I know, but truth be told, you really are only restricted by your own imagination.

Decoration+Design Sydney 2012

The MPG team have been busy toiling behind closed doors over the past 2 months. And all was revealed in Sydney at Decoration & Design 2012.

With a stunning 6x6m stand in position G26, MPG proudly showcased the new jewel in its Australian Made crown – Waterbrush. With an interim colour pallet on show, the overwhelming response over the 3 days was fabulous. Stay tuned for the new colours to appear on the website.

Unfortunately we missed out on any stand awards, but the week was a runaway success almost guaranteeing an encore at D+D 2012 Melbourne….. watch this space.

A big thank you to everybody at MPG involved in the project. Without their help and support, the project would have never gotten off the ground. And a special thank you to the stand build team at Structural Steel Frames who built our stand on time, to spec, and on budget. Excellent job guys!

The creation of the blog

Charles Darwin once said, "A man who dares to waste one hour of time has not discovered the value of life."

Apparently this means I have not yet discovered the value of life. And it's not that the kind folk at Blogger haven't made the process of signing up easy, or that my Microsoft operating system is playing around on me. Or even that the company Internet is slow.

No, it just seems that it is really really hard to think of something to write, something that others may take interest in. So if me taking over an hour to write this means you walk away with a Charles Darwin quote, then it was an hour worth wasting.

After all, I've still got tomorrow to discover the value of life!
